    • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

    • A restocking fee may apply.

  2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

    • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as per your preference.

    • Proof of purchase and evidence of the fault (e.g., photos) may be required.

  3. Warranty Claims
